① Confirmation of Initial Cooperation
Firstly, we expressed our need to open n branch clothing stores through customer feedback and sent us clothing display stand and drawings. Based on the drawings, we provided a breakdown and quotation. The customer wants to open a sports brand store.
②Refine Clothing Display Stand Specifications
Some parts of the clothing display rack drawings are not particularly reasonable, so we redraw them.
- The side display hook position is optimized to the front，Hanging clothes on the side display hooks not only affects the appearance but also hinders customers from walking back and forth.
- We have added anti-scratch strips to the display hooks to prevent customers from being scratched by iron parts when trying to take clothes and getting injured
- Directly embedding the top advertising label board may cause scratches and paint loss. We have optimized the details and added magnets at the bottom to increase the overall firmness.
Finally, our technicians optimized the details of the clothing display stand and drew it for the customer.
③Price Negotiation
Customers have an expectation of the price of clothing display stand. We continuously optimize the product structure based on the customer’s target price, and ultimately get a price that satisfies the customer and promotes the transaction of sample orders.
④Customer Visits Factory
After placing an order for clothing display stand samples for a period of time, the customer came to China to visit our factory in person. All our staff welcomed our customers with a warm attitude.

⑤Final confirmation of order
After the customer visited, we remade the samples based on the details of the clothing display stand described by the customer, and showed them to the customer in the form of photos. The customer was very satisfied with our final samples, which also meant that we were about to succeed. Subsequently, the salesperson gave the customer another quotation based on the final version, and the customer readily paid the deposit.
⑥Clothing display stand production inspection and instructions
After the large order is delivered to the factory, we adopt a follow-up mode of three inspections a week.
- Go to the factory every Monday to inspect the production process of clothing display stand.
- Every Thursday we go to the factory to sample the finished clothing display stand. We have high requirements and standards for product quality.
- Go to the factory every Sunday to check the progress of the production of clothing display stand.
⑦Delivery of clothing display stand
Thanks to the continuous efforts of our team, all clothing display stands were finally produced within the validity period. We randomly checked 1/3 of the clothing display stands and found no quality problems. We then contacted the customer to deliver the balance and load the goods.
